 for our Crew Members:

  • Cancelling daily huddles, keeping the same team members on the same crews at all times
  • Ramping up sanitation efforts daily 
  • Asking sick employees to remain home
  • Physically distancing while working on site
  • Colour coordinating our hand tools so that 1 crew member is only using each tool daily
  • Requiring ongoing handwashing and/or hand sanitizer use
  • Incorporating enhanced sanitation and cleaning procedures for all work equipment and surfaces
  • No spitting on site
  • Wearing masks onsite 
  • Coughing and Sneezing into elbow
  • Limiting the amount of team members working in each truck/crew
  • Implementing staggered start times for our crews
  • Providing personal hygiene training
  • No Paper Invoice handling 
  • Encouraging all government suggested social distancing measures away from work

For our Clients and delivery of service:

  • Paper Invoices / other materials will no longer be left at the home (as much as possible)
  • We won’t be knocking on doors
  • No handshaking
  • Avoiding most contact onsite. If a client needs to chat with us we can do it via email/text/facetime/videochat before or whilst we are onsite
  • If someone approaches any of our crew members we will be keeping to a minimum of 2 meters or more distance. 
  • No cash payments will be accepted for the next while 
  • Pay etransfer whenever possible
  • We will not be speaking with clients on site much. And if we do, it will be at a distance. Not because we don’t want to speak with you, just because we must for now
  • We will available for any questions or comments regarding Covid-19 anytime
